About Us
The Church As Movement Initiative (CAMI) is a national effort bringing churches together to build disciple-making movements with social impact. The Initiative is funded by the Lily Foundation's Thriving Congregations grants.
CAMI trains up to 20 congregations a year in a learning journey to develop disciple-making movements with social impact in their communities. It's taking the CHURCH to the PROPLE in a way that will attract people to the Church.

Embark on a twelve-month journey with CAMI, guiding you through a professional assessment of your ministry's strengths, a thoughtful analysis of racial and economic justice in the church and community, learning principles for genuine social impact, and mastering methods for funding church outreach. CAMI provides practical learning experiences for your congregation, concluding with the development of a community outreach program supported by a CAMI Grant of $1500.
