Church As Movement Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Church As Movement Initiative (CAMI).

Below is the cohort application form. In addition to completing this firm you will also need to submit the $500 registration fee.

Receipt of a completed application and the registration fee will constitute a completed application.

Only completed applications will be considered.

Cohort Requirements

Our church will form a task force to participate in the 12-month cohort
Our pastor and an optional companion will attend the Pastor’s Retreat for 2025
Three people from my church will complete the 14-week Discipleship Leaders Lab training
Our leadership team will attend the IMPACT conference later in the year
The leadership team will participate in virtual/online clinics and workshops
The leadership team will complete all assignments and assessments
Our church will complete a Summer Outreach Project and report.
